Before & After Hair Transplant Gallery

Pre-surgical hair transplant hairline design drawing at Eva Estetica Istanbul, demonstrating customized facial framing, aesthetic proportions, and age-appropriate planning.

Hair restoration, observed through proportion and time

A hair transplant should not be judged by immediacy alone.

The most convincing results are those that settle naturally into the face  where the hairline feels proportionate, the density feels believable, and the overall change reads as restoration rather than intervention.

At Eva Estetica, before and after photography is not presented as spectacle. It is shown as reference: a way to evaluate design, transition, and maturity under consistent visual conditions. These images are intended to help patients understand how thoughtful planning translates into visible change over time.

This gallery brings together selected results across different treatment needs and facial structures. What connects them is not a single technique, but a shared standard: naturalness that remains convincing beyond the first impression.

How to Read Hair Transplant Results

A successful result is rarely defined by density alone.

When looking at before-and-after images, the most meaningful details are often the quietest ones:

  • how the hairline relates to the face

  • how density is distributed rather than simply increased

  • how softly the frontal edge transitions

  • how well the result integrates with existing hair

  • how natural the donor area remains

A result that looks strong in a close crop but artificial in movement is not truly refined. A result that reads naturally under normal conditions  in light, at distance, and over time  is usually the better standard.

This is why we encourage patients to look not only at volume, but at proportion.

Illustrative before-and-after images for educational purposes only. Individual results vary according to anatomy, donor characteristics, hair calibre, and treatment plan.

What These Images Do and Do Not Show

Before-and-after images are valuable, but they are not a substitute for individual assessment.

They can show:

  • how design translates into visible outcomes

  • how different treatment zones respond over time

  • how naturalness is created through structure and restraint

They cannot show:

  • the full donor strategy behind a case

  • the patient’s age trajectory or future loss pattern

  • the planning decisions made before treatment

  • why one case required more or less density than another

This is why gallery images should be read as part of a broader consultation process, not as isolated promises.

A serious assessment begins with your own face, your own donor area, and your own long-term plan.

Technique Matters  But Judgment Matters More

Some of the results shown here were achieved using FUE, some with DHI, and some with Sapphire FUE. These methods differ in extraction, implantation, or recipient-site creation, but they are not the true story of the result on their own.

What matters most is:

  • whether the hairline was placed correctly

  • whether density was distributed with restraint

  • whether graft direction followed native growth

  • whether donor use remained disciplined

  • whether the result will still look natural years later

Technique influences execution.
Judgment defines the outcome.

That is why our gallery is not organised around trend language or “best method” claims. It is organised around visible results and the philosophy behind them.

A Note on Naturalness

Naturalness is often misunderstood as softness alone.

In practice, it is a relationship between many elements:

  • hairline architecture

  • age-appropriate placement

  • density transitions

  • directional control

  • the quiet irregularities that make a line believable

The results shown here are selected not because they are dramatic, but because they demonstrate how restoration can look settled, proportionate, and coherent.

A transplant should not announce itself.
It should become part of the face.

Discuss Your Case

A gallery can inform the eye, but it cannot replace individual evaluation.

If you are considering treatment, the next step is not to compare yourself endlessly to other patients. It is to understand your own donor capacity, hair characteristics, facial proportions, and long-term treatment options.

A private assessment allows us to discuss:

  • what kind of result is realistic

  • which areas should be prioritised

  • what level of density is appropriate

  • which method may suit your case best

  • how to plan for both the present and the future
